Katie and Alex at The Ramada North, Cannock. 4th January 2014. The New Year has only just started and its back to work
with the first wedding of the year. I first meet Katie and Alex a couple of
years ago at his sister’s wedding, so it was nice to start this years weddings
of with a few familiar faces.
The day started with the lads turning up smartly dressed in
suits from Peter Posh, and then
Katie and the girls stunning in dresses from Brides of Solihull. The ceremony room looked great decorated by Eventi Eleganti. I think the ceremony went
according to plan as I don’t think that their son making them laugh, and giving
them toy farm animals mid ceremony counts. After the ceremony it was time for some
photos of Katie and Alex, although it was a bit damp and grey outside we headed
off to get them taken. Once the photos were done it was time to head up to the
Sky Lounge for the wedding breakfast. When I say head up to the Sky Lounge I
mean get in the lift, unfortunately the lift only seemed to go up two floors
then came back down, so it was plan b. Once Katie and Alex had got up to the 12th
floor the lift worked fine for the guests so the wedding breakfast all went
ahead on time.
