Pip and Michele at The Mount Hotel, Tettenhall Wood, 28th September 2019.

When I met up with Pip and Michele at the pre wedding meeting she had a pair of shoes that had a slice of watermelon as the heel, so I did wonder what her shoes would be for today. Well she had brought four pairs with her to choose from, and ended up wearing two different pairs during the day. The Mount is a great location for weddings, the grounds big enough to get away from the guests for a few mins to get some quite shots of bride and groom and there’s loads of areas to use for photos and normally you can work through the photos uninterrupted. Today however that didn’t happen with the Watford FC walking through the middle of some shots, oh well that something that I don’t normally have to contend with, Premier League football players. Apart from that the day went smoothly and Pip, Michele and their guests had a great time.

Today was a typical June day for a wedding, the sun was shining and it looked like a good day for photos.

Lads prep first at The Mount and then it was off to the Hayley and the girls at her mum’s. All seemed relaxed with the girls as they got ready to head to the church.

I have done weddings before at St Michael's and there have been no problems but today there was a wedding on before Hayley and Sean’s and I don’t know if the church hadn’t allowed enough time or they were just running late but it was chaos trying to find a parking space and as Hayley and Sean’s guests turned up in an old Routemaster the previous wedding were still taking photos.

Luckily by the time Hayley had arrived the chaos had settled down and the cars from Greyhound in Wolverhampton could pull in without any problems.

And that was pretty much how the rest of the day went, without any problems and the guests seem to enjoy themselves with a few drinks as they relaxed in the gardens at The Mount Hotel whist we did a few photos.
